Cuban is worth waiting for?

February is Cuban month, and I’m excited about having a little tropical flavor in mid-winter. However, the next week or so will be very busy for me – so I wanted to warn you that I will probably not be able to blog about any Cuban cooking adventures until February 7 or 8.  Please excuse the brief hiatus, I’ll try to make it up with some yummy Cuban dishes the rest of the month!
